WANT BETTER RELATIONSHIPS with yourself and others, a deeper sense of community, more conflict resolution skills, and a more peaceful life? These are outcomes you can expect from this AVP Basic Workshop.

AVP is a multicultural, all volunteer organization found in most states and fifty countries putting on experiential, fun workshops in communities and prisons. Facilitators learn with participants. There are no teachers. AVP puts on a Basic Workshop, Advanced Workshops, and a Training for Facilitators. Learn more on line from avpcalifornia.org.

“HELPING TO FACILITATE WORKSHOPS IN PRISON IS THE MOST SATISFYING VOLUNTEER WORK I HAVE EVER DONE. I have been an activist and volunteer most of my life. This work, yielding direct connection and change, helps me heal from the feelings of isolation and frustration that sometimes accompany activism. The positive change is immediate and obvious.” Joyce Banzhaf
