Throughout history, we have seen injustice after injustice overturned when people rose up and said enough is enough. Workers have the right to unionise. We have seen the end of apartheid in South Africa. Women are voting.
132 United Nation member states are negotiating a treaty to ban nuclear weapons. Civil society across the world is coming together. Now is the time. This is history in the making. From June 15th to July 7th, negotiations for a treaty banning nuclear weapons will take place in the UN.
