Street Stencil from New York’s Lower East Side, found on Sholette Seminars.

Made by Leslie Bender in the early 1980s, it appeared in the anti-gentrification street-art project entitled Not For Sale organized by PAD/D (Political Art Documentation/Distribution) that took place on New York City’s Lower East SIde/East Village in 1984.
