D12 Paris & Everywhere, Last 2 Shows in 2015

Hello from New York City. I write today with invitations and news.

A small town of activists are in Paris preparing for a mass day of civil disobedience and creative actions on Saturday, December 12. We know that the rights of indigenous people and oceans did not make it into the agreement. We know the wealthier nations are turning the screws on the so called “developing world” and “emerging economies” and selling out truly vulnerable communities on the front lines of the Climate Crisis. Rev is there now, with so many of our allies and collaborators from the last 15 years of activism around the world.

Tomorrow, Saturday, December 12, we invite our NYC community to Times Square for a Red Line Action. Wear red and bring your bodies. There are Red Line actions going on all over the world on Saturday. Citizens of Earth will get the last word as Cop21 Climate Talks in Paris grind to their terrifying anti-climax.

The next two Sundays are our last shows at Joe’s Pub this season. There are still seats at both. But they fly! Come see the glorious Stop Shopping Choir for only $10 with code honeybee. We want to sing to you.

And if you haven’t yet please DONATE. We’re passing the plate. The donuts are delicious and the coffee is free! Our record is being mastered and the book is at the printer. With your financial support, we make music, perform & parade. We risk arrest at nonviolent creative actions, throw tomatoes at Monsanto, launch unlikely stories into the press, and inspire new activism.
