The world as we know it is changing. Ocean levels are rising, coastal cities are sinking. Yet such is the nature of humans and our fellow beings, we do our best to adapt. These people and Polar Bears aren’t quite sure if they’re having a good time. This scene is based on South Beach, Miami. The slanted horizon gives a slightly floaty and seasick feeling. It’s somewhat mitigated by the line of clouds on the horizon, which is actually level.
