This work was inspired (caused) by the recent NSA leaks by Edward Snowden, as well as the U.S. government trying it’s best to start yet another war with Syria. I was trying to convey how all of these things are connected with the idea of oppressive, imperialistic U.S. policies, both foreign and domestic, for the benefit of “big money” or powerful elites.
