Women in Black
A group of about 60 women linked arms across the entrance of Trump Tower on 5th Avenue this morning, blocking passage in and out of the building as they condemned Trump and the entire GOP for what they described as decades of “anti-women, anti-immigrant, and anti-black policies.”
Holding signs that read “Pussies In Formation,” “Pussy Grabs Back,” and “Cunt Touch This,” the women chanted their response to a tape leaked last week in which Trump can be heard assuring a since-humiliated Billy Bush that he likes to “grab [women] by the pussy” without their consent, among other things. (Not that Trump’s historically had reservations about degrading women on the public airwaves.) “If Trump thinks he runs this town,” they shouted, “pussy came to shut it down!”
